Florian Brechon is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Paris office. He focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions and private equity.

Mr. Brechon is a graduate of the University of Nancy, where he obtained a mMer's degree in Law in 2004, as well as a Postgraduate degree (DESS-DJCE) in Business Law and Taxation in 2005. He also holds a LL.M degree in Commercial Law from Cardiff Law School, University of Wales in 2006. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he was an associate with a multinational French law firm in both Paris and Shanghai for more than three years. He is admitted to the Paris Bar.

Mr. Brechon is bilingual in French and English and also speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
